2025 Plant Native Sale and Pre-order Pick Up April 25 and 26!
Plant Native Sale Pre-orders will be ready for pick-up April 25th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and April 26 from 9:00 am to noon at the Lake County Fairgrounds Natural Resources Building.
The Lake County Fairgrounds is located at 1301 Mentor Ave., Painesville, OH 44077. The Natural Resources Building is in the northeast corner of the fairgrounds.
Like in previous years, we will be selling extra seedlings and container stock. Walk-ins are welcome, encouraged, and first-come, first-served. We can accept cash, check and credit/debit as payment.
Bare root orders will be distributed in woven sandbags, and should fit in most cars. Container trees and shrubs will fit in most vehicles laid upon their side. Larger orders of container trees may require a larger vehicle, such as a pick up truck.
Lake SWCD is not responsible for orders that are not picked up by noon Saturday. If you cannot pick up your trees, please make arrangements with Lake SWCD or for someone else to pick them up.
The plants are nursery inspected to be disease-free. Lake SWCD cannot guarantee their survival after distribution.
